ORDINANCE NO. 11526
An ordinance granting a five (5) year non-exclusive franchise to Missouri Network
Alliance, L.L.C. to operate and maintain a broad band communications transmission
cable network and other communications services sold via direct wire connections to
persons, firms and/or corporations in the City of Kirksville, Missouri and providing
for city regulation, payment of gross receipts taxes, fixing of the time when this
ordinance shall become effective, and other terms and conditions.
