§ Ten. Enactment & miscellaneous provisions.

(A)

Following enactment, if any section of this ordinance is held to be invalid, such invalidation shall not affect the remaining sections of this ordinance.

(B)

The franchisee shall be required to relocate utilities it owns in the city right-of-way if required by the city for construction of city infrastructure if the city can find no reasonable way of constructing its infrastructure without relocation of portions of the franchisee's system.

(C)

This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
