§ Two. -

This franchise provides to Missouri Network Alliance, L.L.C. (hereinafter the franchisee) the right and privilege to construct, erect, operate and maintain in, upon, along, across, above, over and under the streets, alleys, easements, public ways and public places now laid or dedicated and all future right-of-way extensions, the fixtures necessary for the construction, erection, operation and maintenance of a broad band communications transmission cable/wire network within the city pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance and other applicable city ordinances.
