§ 4-69. Same—Liquor (spirits, wine and beer).

A license shall be issued to any applicant who complies with this chapter for the privilege of selling intoxicating liquor by a wholesaler to a person licensed to sell intoxicating liquor at retail, and for the privilege of selling to licensed wholesalers and soliciting orders for the sale of intoxicating liquor to, by or through a licensed wholesaler in Missouri.
