§ 4-68. Same—Twenty-two percent (wine and beer).

A license shall be issued to any applicant who complies with this chapter for the privilege of selling intoxicating liquor not in excess of twenty-two (22) percent of alcohol by weight by a wholesaler to a person licensed to sell such intoxicating liquor at retail, and for the privilege of selling to a licensed wholesaler and soliciting orders for the sale of such intoxicating liquor to, by or through a licensed wholesaler in Missouri.
