§ 4-54. Retail; beer by the drink wine license (beer and light wine).

  • This license allows retailers to serve and light wines containing not in excess of fourteen (14) percent alcohol by weight made exclusively from grapes, berries and other fruits and vegetables, by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises, which shall also permit the holder thereof to sell nonintoxicating beer. The license fee shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
