§ 4-55. Retail; beer by the drink license (beer-includes Sunday sales).

This license allows retailers to serve intoxicating malt liquor, as defined in section 4-1 and not to exceed five (5) percent by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises. This license allows retailers to operate between the hours of 6:00 [a.m.] and 1:30 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and midnight on Sunday.
