§ 5-15. Limitations on number of animals.

No person shall at any time, keep, harbor, or own, at one (1) location within the city, more than five (5) animals over the age of six (6) months. This provision shall not apply to a lawfully licensed commercial kennel, a kennel maintained in conjunction with a small animal hospital, or to cats in an approved TNR program.
