§ 4-51. Classes created.

The classes of licenses in this division are hereby created for the manufacture and sale of intoxicating liquor at wholesale and retail as set forth in RSMo. ch. 311. Fees for such licenses are set forth on the city fees schedule as approved by city council. Each license as described in the following sections, shall only be issued to applicants who have complied with this chapter.
