§ 4-52. Retail; retail by the drink license (spirits, wine and beer).

This license allows retailers to serve intoxicating liquor by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises. This license allow retailers to operate between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, including all election days.
