§ 19-110. Tampering with boats or motors.

(a)

No person shall operate, use or tamper with any boat or outboard motor affixed to a boat without the permission of the owner thereof.

(b)

Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided by law.

(c)

If the value is over one-hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) the charge may be a felony.
