§ 19-109. Age limit for operators.

No person under fourteen (14) years of age shall operate any watercraft upon the waters of Hazel Creek Lake unless such person is under the direct (on board) visual and audible supervision of a parent, guardian or other person sixteen (16) years of age or older, or unless the motorboat is moored. Parents and guardians are responsible for the actions of underage operators.
