§ 19-72. Dealer/mechanic usage fee.

The city is authorized to charge an annual dealer/mechanic usage fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). Such fee will allow the dealer/mechanic or his/her agent to operate boats within his dealership that are for sale or boats for which he/she is under hire for repair purposes upon Forest Lake for no more than two (2) hours per boat on any given day. No other registration fee required by this section will be applicable.
