§ 14-191. Bond required.

(a)

All itinerant vendors shall be required to deposit with the city clerk a surety bond in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), executed by a surety company authorized to transact business in this state, together with a current power of attorney for the agent executing such bond.

(b)

Such bond shall be conditioned upon the faithful compliance with the provisions of this article and other ordinances of the city, and the payment of gross receipts fees.
