§ 13-31. Short title and scope.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the manufactured home, mobile home and park ordinance, and shall govern manufactured home parks and the placement and/or occupancy of manufactured homes within parks, unless otherwise excluded or excepted as provided within this chapter. When "manufactured home" is utilized (excluding the definitions) within this chapter, it shall encompass "mobile home" as well.
