§ 11-77. Permits, licenses and taxes.

All trash service contractors shall obtain and assume the cost of all licenses and permits and promptly pay all taxes required by the city. All contractors shall, within thirty (30) days of the end of the month following each calendar quarter, pay the city a franchise fee equal to four (4) percent of the gross quarterly receipts for all accounts serviced by the contractor within the city limits during that period.
