Ord. No. 11916, § 18, adopted Mar. 15, 2010, repealed the former §§ 11-74—11-101, and added new provisions as set out herein. The former §§ 11-74—11-101 pertained to base of operations; contractor vehicles; contractor's employees;
refuse disposal site; recyclable materials site; hazardous waste; city information
and contractor's responsibilities; exclusive right; contract rates; additional yard
waste disposal; purchase of stickers; permits, licenses and taxes; contract assignment;
miscellaneous penalties contract term; annexation; contract cancellation; compliance
with applicable laws' waivers; illegal and invalid provisions; joint and several liability;
binding effect; amendment of the contract; previous agreements superseded; indemnity;
additional services; special collections; disposal and subcontractors, respectively
and derived from Ord. No. 11551, §§ 24—34, 36—51, adopted Feb. 18, 2002; Ord. No. 11839, § 1, adopted June 16, 2008.
