§ 9-54. Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the city, and in addition to such fine, the court may temporarily suspend the person from receiving a permit for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days.
