§ 8-4. Fire chief.

(a)

The fire chief shall have direct responsibility for the organization, administration and operations of local emergency management operations.

(b)

The fire chief shall be responsible for maintaining records and accounting for the use and disposal of all items of equipment placed under the jurisdiction of the emergency management agency.
