A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the code administrator,
being marked and designated as the "2015 International Residential Code (for one-and
two-family dwellings) as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby
adopted as the (one and two family dwelling code) of the city. Each and all of the
regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms thereof are hereby adopted
and made a part of this article as if fully set out herein.
