§ 6-1. Effect of conflicting regulations.

Should it be found that any of the provisions, restrictions, specifications, regulations, penalties and terms of the codes adopted in this chapter or chapter 9 of this Code are inconsistent with any other codes, ordinances, city code sections or acts adopted by the city, then the most restrictive provision, restriction, specification, regulation, penalty or term shall prevail.
