§ 4-2. Violations; penalty.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter.

(b)

Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the provisions as outlined in chapter 1, section 1-7.
