§ 3-36. Authority of city re use of airport and facilities.

The city shall, at all times, maintain full control of the municipally owned airport and of the physical equipment of the city at the airport, and shall make no lease or contract to any person, including the United States Government, which will impair in any way the city's control of such airport and its facilities, or any exclusive use agreement which may be contrary to the Federal Aviation Act, or any amendment thereto.
