Section 1 of Ord. No. 11151, adopted July 18, 1994, repealed § 3-27 in its entirety. Formerly, § 3-27 pertained to the airport advisory board, terms of members, and duties and derived
from § 2 of Ord. No. 10016, adopted June 4, 1973. See § 2-101 et seq. for current provisions regarding such subject matter. Section 5 of Ord. No.
11151 also provided, in part, as follows:
"The Kirksville Traffic Commission and the Airport Advisory Board are abolished. Other
responsibilities and references to the traffic commission and/or the airport advisory
board occurring in the Kirksville Code shall devolve to the airport and transportation
commission.…"
