§ 3-17. Adoption of rules and regulations.

Latest version.

(a)

The city council hereby adopts the Airport Operations Manual, as proposed on November 15, 1972, for the rules and regulations for the operation of the Kirksville Regional Airport.

(b)

The amendments to the Airport Operations Manual dated January, 1977 and February, 1977, and subsequent amendments made thereto, are hereby adopted, approved and made a part of such Airport Operations Manual.

(c)

The "Airport Operations Manual" shall be known as the "Airport Certification Manual", as it was approved on June 9, 2005 by the FAA.
