§ 2-143. Gifts.

(a)

Gifts to the Kirksville Trust of real property may be accepted only by the city council.

(b)

Gifts to the Kirksville Trust of personal property and gifts in cash may be accepted by the city manager or, in his discretion, referred to the city council.

(c)

Restricted gifts, other than those made to an existing restricted or special program or account, of personal property valued at one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or less or of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or less in cash shall not be accepted for the Kirksville Trust.
