§ 2-95. Reports; employees.

The planning and zoning commission shall make annual report to the mayor covering its investigations, transactions and recommendations and shall make such other and further reports relative thereto as it may deem proper or as may be required by the mayor or the city council. The commission may employ such city planners, engineers, clerks and other persons as it may be authorized by the council.
