§ 25-186. Use of stormwater utility charge.

Latest version.

All revenue received from the stormwater utility charge shall be used solely for payment of (a) principal and interest on outstanding bonds issued for the stormwater system as and when the same become due and payable; (b) expenses of the stormwater system; and (c) reasonable and adequate reserves for the payment of the bonds and the interest thereon and for the protection and benefit of the stormwater system.
