§ 25-185. Billing practices.

(a)

General. The stormwater utility charge shall be billed by the finance director in accordance with the provisions of this section and with billing and collection procedures as set forth in chapter 25, article I. Except as otherwise herein provided, each city utility service customer, or property owner, shall be billed the stormwater utility charge per service address where the customer or property owner has either a city water or sewer connection.

(b)

Multiple-unit buildings. A stormwater utility charge shall be billed to each utility service customer having an account for an individual unit in a multiple-unit structure that is metered individually. For those units that are not metered individually, the utility service customer having an account consisting of multiple units, shall be billed a stormwater utility charge per service address where the customer or property owner has either a water or sewer connection.
