§ 25-112. Appeals.

(a)

The city manager shall hear any complaints, protests, or disputes arising out of any provisions of this article, and shall review actions relating to the enforcement of the provisions of this article.

(b)

Any person aggrieved by the decision of the city manager may appeal to the board of adjustment of the city in the same manner that appeals are made from the decisions of the code administrator under provisions of the building code.
