§ 25-108. Notification of violation.

Whenever the city manager finds that any user has violated or is violating this article, wastewater contribution permit, or any prohibition, limitation, or requirements contained herein, except violations covered in section 25-104, the city manager shall serve or caused to be served upon such person a written notice stating the nature of the violation. Within thirty (30) days of the date of such notice, a plan for the satisfactory correction thereof shall be submitted to the city manager by the user.
