The city shall have the right upon notification to enter upon the premises of any
customer for the purpose of reading water meters to repair, examine, test, and/or
change any water equipment, meter, apparatus, and/or pipe, inspect the individual
water supply system, or plumbing of the customer, and otherwise determine that the
customer is in compliance with the provisions of this article.
