§ 25-23. Multiple commercial buildings on a single tract.

A group of buildings used for commercial purposes and occupied by one (1) customer may also be served by a single street service pipe, water meter and stop box for the entire group of buildings. If the group of buildings is served by a single meter, then an additional stop box shall be installed for each individual building at least ten (10) feet from the building on the customer service pipe serving each building. If the group of buildings is served by more than one (1) street service pipe, then a separate meter and stop box shall be required for each street service pipe.
