§ 25-20. New service connections; fees.

  • Customers seeking the installation of a new water service connection are required to do the following:

    (1)

    Obtain all required building permits and other permits required by the city Code.

    (2)

    Pay for the costs of a water meter and all metering appurtenances.

    (3)

    Pay a service connection tap fee as noted in the fee schedule published by the city, a copy of which is available at city hall during normal business hours, or on the city's website per meter unless covered by section 25-38.
