§ 24-19. Minimum number of taxicabs.

Each taxicab business is required to maintain a minimum of two (2) vehicles as taxicabs. All vehicles must be fully licensed by the State of Missouri and the owner of the taxicab business must maintain current insurance on both vehicles as required elsewhere in this article. Vehicles for hire companies may operate any number of vehicles.
