§ 22-24. Blocks.

(a)

The length, width and shape of blocks shall be determined with due regard to:

(1)

Provision of adequate building sites for the type of use contemplated.

(2)

Requirements of the zoning ordinance as to lot size and dimension.

(3)

Needs for convenient access, circulation, control and safety traffic.

(4)

Limitations of the natural topography.

(b)

Block lengths shall not exceed one thousand three hundred twenty (1,320) feet measured along the longest side.
