§ 22-20. Field survey required.

(a)

No land shall be divided as a subdivision lot split until an accurate survey by a state registered land surveyor shall have been prepared and filed with the plat officer.

(b)

The survey shall be submitted on eighteen-and-one-half (18½) inch by fourteen (14) inch size paper, in original form, or other size as approved by the plat officer. The survey shall be drawn to a scale not smaller than fifty (50) feet to the inch.

(c)

An area at least five (5) inches wide by three (3) inches in height must be left blank at the upper right hand corner of the final plat or survey for the Adair County Recorder's seal and signature.
