§ 21-114. Trimming of certain trees.

The right is hereby granted to all such persons mentioned in section 13.5-41 to trim trees, brush or hedges upon and overhanging the streets, alleys, sidewalks and public places of the city, so as to prevent such foliage from coming into contact with telephone wires and cables. All of such trimming shall be done in accordance with the city's tree ordinance [see § 13.5-21 et seq.].
