§ 19-84. Trespass on dam and spillway.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person, other than city public works department, city police department, other law enforcement agency, fire or rescue agency working as agents and while performing official duties under the direction of the city police department, or an agent of the Missouri Department of Conservation, to enter or remain upon the Forest Lake Dam or spillway.
