§ 19-67. Placement of and regulations near buoys.

At the discretion of the city, orange buoys will be placed in the inlets and surrounding the launching and docking area. No-wake speed will be on the landward side of these buoys. Swimming areas and other areas restricted to boats and motors shall be marked with red and white buoys. Such areas are designated in a drawing which is hereby made a part of this article as if fully set out herein.
