§ 19-66. Swimming.

Except as hereinafter provided, swimming is permitted only in the bathing beach area at the swimmer's risk, and is restricted to hours the boathouse is open. Swimming is also permitted in the no-wake area of Gil Creek Cove and the no-wake area southeast of the dam, but from watercraft and secured docks only, during daylight hours. Scuba diving is allowed on and under the waters of Forest Lake under the provisions of section 19-83.
