§ 19-7. Birds and animals.

  • No person shall take, kill, wound, mistreat or molest any birds or animals, either wild or domesticated, within any recreational facility. Exception to the foregoing is made in that snakes known to be deadly poisonous such as rattlesnakes, moccasins, copperheads or other deadly reptiles, may be killed on sight. This section shall not prohibit lawful hunting on Hazel Creek property as defined in section 19-136.
