§ 19-20. Swimming.

(a)

No person shall swim or wade in any lake, stream or pond within any recreational facility, except as otherwise permitted in this chapter.

(b)

No person shall enter the enclosed swimming pool area of the swimming pool park during times when the pool is closed to public use except under the authorization and written permission of the director.
