§ 19-16. Adults to accompany certain children.

No parent or guardian shall permit their child, if such child is under the age of seven (7) years, to use the wading pools or play in any area within any recreation facility other than those specifically fenced and designated therefore, unless such child is attended by an adult appointed for that purpose.
