It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge an air rifle, BB gun, gas pistol,
compressed air gun, or other destructive devices, excluding bows of any kind, on his
own premises or upon or onto the premises of any other person within the city without
first obtaining permission to do so from the chief of police.
