§ 15-104. Operation generally.

(a)

A person propelling a bicycle shall have it under control at all times, and shall ride it in a manner which will in no way endanger any person or property.

(b)

A person propelling a bicycle on a public street shall not ride other than astride a permanent and regular seat attached thereto.

(c)

No bicycle operated on a public street shall be used to carry more persons at one (1) time than the number for which it was designed and equipped.
