Section 1 of Ord. No. 11151, adopted July 18, 1994, repealed § 15-46 in its entirety. Formerly, § 15-46 pertained to the traffic commission, powers and duties, and derived from the 1989
Code. See § 2-101 et seq. for current provisions regarding such subject matter. Section 5 of Ord. No.
11151 also provided, in part, as follows:
"The Kirksville Traffic Commission and the Airport Advisory Board are abolished. Other
responsibilities and references to the traffic commission and/or the airport advisory
board occurring in the Kirksville Code shall devolve to the airport and transportation
commission. . . . "
