§ 14-266. Inspector and inspections.

(a)

All adult entertainment businesses shall permit city officials acting in their official capacity to inspect the premises when requested, or for cause, to insure the business is complying with all applicable regulations and laws.

(b)

The adult entertainment business premises must comply with or meet the requirements of the applicable health, zoning, building code, fire and property maintenance ordinances of the city.
