§ 14-259. License limited to one identifiable type of adult use.

All adult entertainment licenses shall be issued only for the one (1) adult entertainment business use listed on the application. Any change in the type of adult use shall invalidate the adult entertainment license. More than one (1) adult entertainment business use shall not be allowed at a single location.
