§ 14-167. Violations; penalty.

  • If any pawnbroker or secondhand dealer, or his agent or employee shall violate any of the provisions of this article, then such person shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or shall be confined in jail for not more than ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
